Sophie Winkleman and Lord Freddie Windsor's wedding

Sophie Winkleman and Lord Freddie Windsor were married on Saturday 12 September 2009 at Hampton Court Palace in Surrey, England. The candle-lit wedding ceremony took place in the Palace's Chapel Royal, followed by a champagne reception in the Great Hall. Friends and family - including Sophie's parents, Barry and Cindy Winkleman and Lord Freddie's parents, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent - then joined Sophie (now Lady Frederick) and Lord Freddie for a late evening reception.

Sophie Winkleman plays lead in NBC's US sitcom, 100 Questions

Sophie Winkleman plays Charlotte Payne in 100 Questions, which follows Charlotte's journey of self-discovery as she searches for Mr Right, having previously declined marriage proposals from ten suitors. The show is based around a dating agency's compatibility testing questionnaire.

With an original pilot episode directed by James Burrows (Friends, Will & Grace), original cast members included Elizabeth Ho, Joy Suprano, Amir Talai and Christopher Moynihan. Moynihan was the writer and also an executive producer, along with Ron West and Kelly Kulchak (Psych).

Kingdom

Sophie Winkleman in Kingdom series 3, ITV1

Sophie Winkleman plays Kate Mitchells in episode one of Kingdom series 3, which first aired on ITV1 on 7 June 2009. The drama stars Stephen Fry as Norfolk-based solicitor, Peter Kingdom. Initially sporting riding gear, Sophie's character seeks help from Kingdom solicitor Lyle Anderson (Karl Davies) with a gender disrimination claim against the mounted regiment of the Household Cavalry. Other series guest stars included Jack Dee, Sandi Toksvig and Jaye Griffiths.

Sophie Winkleman plays Penthiselea the Warrior Princess in ElvenQuest, a sci-fi radio comedy series written by Anil Gupta and Richard Pinto. The plot revolves around a novelist who finds himself inadvertently transported from a book signing into a fantasy world complete with a vital quest, mythical weapon of great power and a chilled-out villain, Lord Darkness. ElvenQuest series 1 first aired on BBC Radio 4 from 29 April 2009, spanning six 30 minute episodes. Series 2 first aired from 18 Nov 2010, also over six episodes.

Fellow cast members include Alistair McGowan (impressionist / actor), Stephen Mangan (Green Wing, Free Agents), Darren Boyd (Personal Affairs), Kevin Eldon (Hyperdrive), Dave Lamb and James Bachman. ElvenQuest is available in audiobook format and as a digital download.

Sophie Winkleman joins crew for Red Dwarf: Back to Earth

Sophie Winkleman plays Katerina Bartikovsky in the three part mini-series Red Dwarf: Back to Earth, commissioned by TV channel Dave to commemorate the cult sci-fi comedy show's 21st anniversary. A holographic version of one of Red Dwarf's science officers, Katerina is smarter and higher ranking than Rimmer, for whom she is intended as a replacement.

Craig Charles, Chris Barrie, Robert Llewellyn and Danny John-Jules all returned in Red Dwarf: Back to Earth, which aired from 10 April 2009 and was followed by a "making of" documentary on 12 April.

Sophie Winkleman plays Ghislaine in episode 10 (of 13) in Series 3 of the popular BBC drama series, Robin Hood. The 45 minute episode, entitled Bad Blood, first aired on BBC1 and BBC HD on 28 March 2009. A pivotal historical character in the storyline, Ghislaine's significance is revealed when Robin Hood and Gisborne learn about their past from a mysterious figure.
