Sophie Winkleman plays Ann Hamilton in episode five of Death in Paradise, an eight part drama series starring Ben Miller (The Armstrong And Miller Show, Primeval) and French actress Sara Martins (Tell No One, Little White Lies). As English policeman DI Richard Poole, Miller is posted to a Caribbean island where he works on solving a series of murders. The series aired from October 2011 on BBC One (UK) and France Télévisions. Sophie Winkleman in ElvenQuest - update

Sophie Winkleman returns as Penthiselea the Warrior Princess in Series 3 of ElvenQuest, BBC Radio 4's fantasy situation comedy. Recorded in London in 2011, the third series features fellow cast members including Stephen Mangan, Alistair McGowan and John Sessions. Sophie also plays the warrior princess in series one and two, which first aired during 2009 and 2010 respectively.

Sophie Winkleman in Lead Balloon

Sophie Winkleman plays Donna in series 4 of Jack Dee's BBC sitcom, Lead Balloon. Sophie's character features in episodes 2 (Dead) and 3 (Shoddy) as the anchor presenter of the Bargain Channel, where Rick (Jack Dee) gets a shot at co-presenting. The series first aired in the UK from 31 May 2011.

Sophie Winkleman in CSI: Miami

Sophie Winkleman plays Sharon Kirby in Last Stand, episode 13 of CSI: Miami, Series 9. The story focuses on the return to Miami of Horatio's nemesis, Memmo Fiero (played by Robert LaSardo), following Fiero's release from prison. The episode first aired in the US on 20 February 2011.

Sophie Winkleman in Love Letters

Sophie Winkleman stars alongside her husband, Freddie Windsor, in the short film (14 mins) Love Letters, completed in January 2011. Co-written by the couple and directed by Kate Coggins, Love Letters centres around a game (ostensibly of Scrabble) played out in a London hotel room - a game where the real stakes turn out to be higher than they initially seem.

Sophie Winkleman in Peep Show - update

Sophie Winkleman returns as Big Suze in series 6 and 7 of Peep Show, the British sitcom starring David Mitchell and Robert Webb as odd couple flatmates Mark and Jeremy. The series first aired on Channel 4 from 18 September 2009 and 26 November 2010 respectively.

Big Suze appears in episodes four (The Affair) and five (The Party) of Series 6 - still dating Mark's boss - and in episode six (New Year's Eve) of series 7. Fellow cast members include Paterson Joseph (Alan), Olivia Colman (Sophie), Matt King (Super Hans) and Isy Suttie (Dobby).

Sophie Winkleman in Harry & Paul - update

Sophie Winkleman plays Giselle and other roles in Harry & Paul, BBC2's comedy sketch show starring Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse. Sophie appears in episodes one, three, four and six (see video clip) of series 3 (2010) and in episode one of series 2 (2008). Sophie also appears in the preceding series, "Ruddy Hell, It's Harry & Paul!" (2007). The third series first aired from 28 September 2010.

Sophie Winkleman in 100 Questions - update

100 Questions, a sitcom starring Sophie Winkleman as Charlotte Payne, aired on NBC in the US from 27 May 2010, running for six episodes. The pilot episode was re-filmed following a change of director and selected cast members. Directed by Alex Hardcastle, 100 Questions featured Sophie alongside Smith Cho as Leslie, Collette Wolfe as Jill, Christopher Moynihan as Mike, David Walton as Wayne and Michael Benjamin Washington as Andrew.
